AbaAiCheck helps RBTs, BCBAs and ABA agencies review session notes against CPT documentation requirements (97153, 97155, 97156, 97151) before they go to the payer, so problems are caught while they are still easy to fix.
It never rewrites your note: it points out what is missing or unclear and leaves the wording to the clinician. Notes are analyzed and not stored (unless you choose to share your history with a supervisor), and patient records are encrypted and visible only to your account.

Is AbaAiCheck HIPAA compliant?
AbaAiCheck is built with HIPAA safeguards in mind: traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, clinical text is processed on request without unnecessary persistence, and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for ABA agencies.
Which CPT codes are supported?
Four codes today: 97153 (Direct Implementation), 97155 (Protocol Modification), 97156 (Parent Training), and 97151 (Behavior Assessment). Each is validated against the documentation elements it requires.

AbaAiCheck is a Chrome extension that reads the note text on the web page you have open, so it is not tied to a single EHR. It is built and tested with Office Puzzle. Other web-based EHRs can work when the note is on the page, but we have not validated them yet; you can always select the text or paste it into the panel.
Does the AI replace clinical judgment?
No. AbaAiCheck flags documentation gaps and suggests fixes. The clinician remains responsible for the accuracy of the note and for the final decision to bill.
