What counts as a note review?
Each time you validate a session note counts as one review. Reviews reset on the first day of every month.
What happens when I reach the limit of my plan?
Your Free Trial is capped at 5 notes for 1 patient. Every paid plan is unlimited — Review Now and Smart Rewrite Assist are billed per use at a low per-action rate, so a busy month never blocks you from documenting.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like; you keep your plan until the end of the billing period.
Is my clinical data safe?
Note text is analyzed and not stored, unless you choose to be supervised by a colleague and accept sharing your history. Patient records are encrypted at rest and visible only to your account. Read our Privacy Policy.
How do I pay?
